(“PRWS”, “we”) is committed to protecting the personal information of our clients and website visitors, in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

When you contact us by email or phone, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, contact details, and information about your property or project (such as a civic address, PID, or land title documents) — solely to respond to your inquiry and deliver our professional services.

Lot Snapshot requests

When you request a free Lot Snapshot, we use the address or PID you enter to look up public provincial records for that parcel, and your name and email address to send you the result. We keep a record of the request. We contact you again about that property only if you tick the box allowing it.

Website analytics

This website uses privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate visitor traffic. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention and professional records

As a professional practice regulated by Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC), we retain project records as required by our professional obligations. Information not subject to those obligations is retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.
