We’re a design practice first — but years of watching septic records vanish between owners, installers, and service companies pushed us to build our own solutions. Both products below were developed in-house by our P.Geo. and are used on real Vancouver Island systems every day.
QRchive — One sticker. The whole paper trail.
Paper records die in year three. QRchive attaches a permanent digital archive to the equipment itself: a weatherproof QR sticker that anyone can scan to see the installation records, permits, manuals, and service history — 15 years and three owners later. No app, no subscription. Each archive is a one-time $49 unlock, hosted on Canadian servers for the life of the equipment.
